Delete your Evensies account

Evensies (by Nari Information) lets you delete your account and its data at any time, from any of these:

1. In the app (iPhone, iPad or Android): Settings → Delete account.
2. On the web, without installing anything: open evensies.nariinfo.dev/app, sign in with the same Apple or Google account, then Settings → Delete account.
3. By email: write to support@nariinfo.dev from the address of your Apple or Google account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.

Before you delete, you can export everything from Settings → Export.

What is deleted

• Your name, profile photo and account email address
• Your ways to get paid (payment links, IBANs, bank accounts, UPI IDs)
• Your settings and notification choices, your push tokens and your sign-ins on every device
• Your friend links, friend code, the people you blocked and the invites you sent

What stays, and why

• Expenses, payments and comments you added to a group stay in that group, under a placeholder name instead of yours, so the other members’ balances remain correct. A group’s members can delete them.
• An internal account record with the ID that Apple or Google gives us for your sign-in (no name, email or photo). If you sign in again with the same Apple or Google account, it opens this record again, empty: no name, groups or payment methods.
• Server logs (IP address, path, time) are kept for 14 days for abuse prevention and then deleted.
